1. Who we are

Klein Studio (flux3klein.org) is run by Zehong Liu, an independent developer. You can reach us at support@flux3klein.org. Klein Studio is an unofficial site and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Black Forest Labs. FLUX is a trademark of Black Forest Labs; we use the name only to say which model the service runs.

2. The service

Klein Studio makes images from your text prompt, or changes an image you upload following your instructions, with the FLUX 3 Image Klein model by Black Forest Labs, run through Black Forest Labs’ API. Each visitor can make 3 free images a day at 1K size (about one megapixel). Free images may be paused on days of very high demand; packs keep working.

Images are made by an AI model and checked automatically, not by a person. The same prompt gives a different image each time. Images can contain mistakes, such as distorted hands, wrong text or details that do not match the prompt. The model’s safety filter or our own content check can turn a request or a finished image down; in that case, credits are given back.

3. Your prompts and images

You keep whatever rights you have in your prompts and in images you upload. You give us permission to process them only to make the image you asked for, which includes sending them to Black Forest Labs, as the privacy policy describes. We claim no rights in the images made for you. You may use them as the law allows; in many countries an image made by AI may not be protected by copyright, and Black Forest Labs’ terms for its API may also apply to them.

Upload only images you have the right to use. A photo of a real person must be a photo of you, or you must have permission from everyone who can be recognised in it. Face swaps, “undressing” or “nudify” edits, and intimate scenes (such as kissing or hugging) made from photos of real people are not allowed, even with their permission. Your prompts, uploaded images and finished images are checked automatically, and requests that fail a check are refused, as the acceptable use policy describes.

You are responsible for what you write and upload and for how you use the images. The acceptable use policy is part of these terms. In short:

  • No nudity, pornography or sexual content of any kind.
  • Nothing that sexualises, endangers or exploits anyone under 18, and no images of real children.
  • No graphic violence, gore, self-harm, or images that threaten or glorify harm to real people or groups.
  • No hateful symbols, slurs, or images that demean people for their race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or nationality, and nothing meant to bully or harass someone.
  • No images of real people (celebrities, politicians or private persons) without their consent, no edits that put a real person into a scene they were not in or show them doing or saying something they did not, and no images meant to pass as real photos of real events. Face swaps, “undressing” or “nudify” edits and intimate scenes (kissing, hugging, in bed) made from photos of real people are forbidden even when the people in them agree.
  • No copies of other people’s artwork, characters, logos or brands that you do not have the right to use.

4. Image packs

A pack is a one-time digital purchase of image credits. The price and the number of images are shown before you pay. One 1K image uses one credit. The credit is set aside when an image starts and used only when the image is delivered: an image that fails, times out or is turned down by the model returns its credit to your wallet. There is no subscription: nothing renews.

Images from a pack can be used for 12 months from the date you bought it. Each purchase has its own date, shown under “Your images”. Images are always taken from your oldest purchase first. Images still unused after 12 months expire and are not refunded, except as described in the refund policy. If we close the service, we will announce it on this site at least 30 days before, and refund the unused images of any purchase that has not expired to the original payment method.

Delivery is immediate: the images are added to your wallet code as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Your images are held on a wallet code, not in an account. Keep the code private: anyone who has it can use the images on it. If you lose the code, you can recover it with the email address and order number from your Waffo receipt. Image credits can be used only on this site, have no cash value, and can be turned back into money only through a refund under the refund policy.

You must be 18 or older to buy a pack; Waffo’s buyer terms require this.

5. Payment and merchant of record

Packs are sold to you by Waffo Pancake, a service of Waffo.com Limited, a company in Hong Kong (“Waffo”). Waffo is the merchant of record: it buys the right to resell each pack from us and sells it to you, runs the checkout, takes the payment, works out and pays any sales tax or VAT that applies, and issues your receipt. The charge appears on your card statement under a name that starts with WAFFO. Waffo’s own buyer terms and privacy policy apply to the payment.

6. Refunds

Unused images are refunded within 14 days of purchase, for any reason, as described in the refund policy. When a purchase is refunded, its unused images are removed from your wallet code.

In the EU and the UK, you have a legal right to cancel a purchase within 14 days. When you buy a pack, you ask us to make the images available at once. If you cancel within the 14 days, you get back the price of the images you have not used and pay only for the images you made. Our 14-day refund of unused images gives you this, for any reason.

7. Fair use

Do not try to get around the free limit or the payment system, send automated requests that put unusual load on the service, or write prompts or upload images that break the acceptable use policy or the law. We may block access that does these things. If we block a wallet code, we refund its unused images, unless they were bought with a card that was not yours or through other fraud, or the code was used to break the acceptable use policy.

8. Liability

If the service does not work as described and we cannot fix it, you can receive a refund under the refund policy. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for packs in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Purchases are governed by the terms in force when you bought the pack.

Questions

Who owns the images I make?

Is this site run by Black Forest Labs?

No. Klein Studio is an independent site, not affiliated with or endorsed by Black Forest Labs. It sends your request to Black Forest Labs’ API and shows you the result.

Do image credits expire?
